Without registration you can already browse the offerings and get a first feel for the market. You see projects, regions and types — but not all details yet.
Your profile, your complete picture
Once registered you get access to all project information. You also see the location of each project, displayed with a 5 km radius — so you have a realistic picture of the surroundings without having to go there physically.
Request information directly
Each project has a chat function. Do you have specific questions about layout, delivery, price or conditions? Ask them directly and get answers without obligations.
Ready to view? You choose how.
When you want to visit a project, you request a visit via the platform. You then receive the exact location. Here you have two options:
Visit independently
Via the platform you make an appointment directly with the developer's sales office. Choose a date and time, receive a confirmation and visit the model apartment at your own pace. Plan your visit at least 1 to 2 weeks before departure. Because you don't engage a broker, you enjoy a concrete price advantage.
Visit with guidance
Prefer someone on site? You can also choose a visit with a Proptero agent who fully guides you during the viewing. This is completely optional.
Buy without borders
The complete settlement of your purchase happens remotely. Documents, follow-up, communication with the developer — everything is coordinated digitally. You don't need to be on site to finalize your purchase. Here too you choose whether you do this completely independently or with support from our team.
